Recruit tiny creatures piloting a giant elephant TUSK to smash through barriers on a strategic dice-upgrading journey.

How to Play

Recruit and reroll character dice to smash through barriers of increasing strength. Barriers take double damage from matching symbols, so lock your good dice and reroll others to match or exceed the barrier's strength.

Click the button at the top of the screen to look inside your giant mech for tiny creatures to recruit and upgrade to increase your odds of victory. Each creature is represented by a die you can click on to have the option to lock it in. Unlocked dice may be rerolled by spending energy.

Attributions

Special thanks go to the creators of open source tools used while making this game.

  • The Roboto font was created by Christian Robertson.
  • The Godot Sound Manager plugin by Nathan Hoad helped connect sounds into the game.

Given the font's external source, please do not consider it when rating our team's artistic work (the rest of which was made within the confines of the jam).

The silver coin for currency should also not be considered when rating, since it was made during a previous open-source Ludum Dare game jam entry. All other art is custom for this game jam.

Feedback Wanted

This Ludum Dare entry features original art, music, and gameplay, and we are welcome to all kinds of feedback, especially related to how fun TUSK is to play!
